“るつぼ"よりも、それぞれが自分らしくありながら共に

生きる、“サラダボウル”のような社会を目指して。

同時に、ここ日本で共に生きる仲間として、日本の習慣や文化を理解し尊重すること、すなわち「郷に入れば郷に従う」という姿勢も、互いに心地よく過ごすための

大切な知恵だと考える。

そのために、日本の文化、マナー、思いやりや誠実さに

根ざした「日本人の精神性」を、世界の人々へ発信し、

共感とインスパイアを生み出していきたい。
